Our story began in 1965 as a small artisan butcher shop in Istanbul’s historic 'Bostanci' neighbourhood. Our vision then is the same as it is today; we wish to share our passion for 'quality meat' with the world, showcased through creativity, craftsmanship and traditional hospitality.
